Counseling Intern/Externship
At Greenlake Psychology, we invest in our interns. With over 15 years of clinical, teaching, and supervision experience, we provide a comprehensive, challenging, and enjoyable internship year that will prepare you for your future career. We understand the unique needs of interns and structure the internship year developmentally to help you get the most from this experience.
We are seeking independent, kindhearted interns who love a challenge and who value the relationships in their life. You will be part of a two-person cohort of interns and will work closely with Dr. Rachel Gall and Dr. Keegan Walker as part of your training.
We prefer to take on practicum students who would like to stay on for their internship year. Professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, and psychology interns are invited to apply.
Opportunities Include:
Child, adult, couples, and family therapy
One hour of individual supervision per week
One hour of group supervision per week
One seminar per week related to current issues in psychotherapy
$300 stipend for additional training, conferences, or therapy materials
Administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing experience
Inclusion in administrative decisions and meetings
Flexible work schedule
Co-therapy with supervisor
