We don’t see labels as the answer.

Instead, we recognize that every mind is shaped by context, experience, and growth. Our neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments are designed to uncover patterns, clarify concerns, and highlight potential—offering meaningful recommendations rather than confining diagnoses. We want to ensure that we treat you as a human and honor the complexity of your life throughout the assessment process.

If you’re searching for clarity about learning, behavior, neurodivergence, or cognitive abilities, we’re here to help. We have developed a curated library of research-supported diagnostic tools designed to evaluate you or your child in a holistic and comprehensive manner. Our mission is to provide you with the information and support you need to move forward with hope and confidence.

Psychological Evaluations Offered:

Cognitive (IQ only): $500
Schools may require evaluation of current cognitive functioning for private school admission, Gifted and Talented eligibility, or to determine appropriate services for individuals already diagnosed with a disability. We can provide cognitive testing for these purposes – please note these evaluations are not diagnostic and only address specific areas of cognitive functioning.

Academic Performance: $3,000
Academic assessment combines an evaluation of cognitive functioning and academic skills to uncover your student’s unique learning profile. We will evaluate for specific learning disabilities and cognitive challenges that may be getting in the way of your child’s ability to reach their full academic potential. We will provide recommendations for your child, their school, and their caregivers to support them in achieving their academic goals.

Developmental Assessment: $4,000
The human brain is one of the most complicated structures in the known universe. To help you figure out what makes you “you,” we will assess various areas including cognitive, emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral domains with the most up-to-date assessment tools available. A developmental assessment is appropriate for people who are curious about the presence of autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or longstanding or confusing personality patterns. We take a holistic and systematic approach to see you as a whole person in the context of your life, not as a collection of diagnoses.

Comprehensive Assessment: $5,000
A comprehensive assessment combines our academic and developmental evaluations to paint the most holistic and precise picture of your or your child’s psychological functioning. We investigate every avenue possible to differentiate and determine the possible causes for your challenges, and give you personalized recommendations.

IEP meeting: $300
We are happy to attend your child’s IEP meeting to provide clinical insights and aid in developing a learning plan.

Our assessments are private pay only.

We do not take insurance for assessments. We collect a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your intake appointment, and the remaining cost will be charged incrementally throughout the assessment process.

Why Are Assessments So Expensive?

Testing psychologists spend about a decade in rigorous training in statistical analysis, differential diagnosis, psychological theory, and clinical reasoning. We are trained to delve deeply into a person’s psychological functioning by looking “under the hood.” Comprehensive psychological testing takes approximately 20 hours of work per patient, including interviews, test administration, test interpretation, report writing, and feedback. We produce a detailed report tailored to you or your child’s needs that can inform treatment and education for years to come.
